MacKay Manor – In Patient Program

MacKay Manor Recovery home offers a 90 day smoke free program.

The 12 week program includes groups that cover a variety of topics which include coping strategies, stages of recovery and relapse prevention skills with our experienced clinical staff. They also participate in movement and yoga classes with Ro Nwosu.

They learn actives of daily living while they are here which include preparing meals and daily chores.

You can refer someone to the in patient program by contacting the main office at 613-432-4946 or sending copies of the GAIN Q3 assessment along with your referral.  Clients can also self refer by contacting the main office and completing an intake over the phone. The number is accessible 24 hours a day.

Community Withdrawal management Services

 Mackay Manor offers safe and supportive client centered withdrawal management services to the residents in Renfrew County as well as North Lanark County.

They provide in home and in office support to clients by monitoring withdrawal signs and symptoms as well as provide support to their family members. Staff have knowledge of the services in the counties and will refer the clients accessing CWMS to the most appropriate levels of care.

Addiction Supportive Housing

This program provided individuals with intensive case management services as well as a time limited rent supplement to assist them in stabilizing in their communities. ASH staff serve Renfrew County and North Lanark County residents who are homeless, about to be homeless or inadequately housed and who are cycling through the addiction system.

Working with clients to stabilize in their communities in appropriate housing and in developing skills of daily living and coping strategies for new healthy behavior.

STOP Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients

This program delivers smoking cessation treatment and case management support to residents of Renfrew County who wish to reduce or quit their tobacco use. The program provides NRT in combination with case management supports.
