General Admission Criteria
A prospective client must demonstrate a desire to stop using alcohol and/or drugs.
They must have a history of symptoms which supports the diagnosis of chemical dependency, be physically and psychologically healthy enough to participation in our program, and be capable of caring for their own personal needs.
Initial Contact/Screening
This is the point at which the likelihood of a substance abuse problem is ascertained, the identification of general problem areas is considered, and whether further information is needed. The prospective client is then asked to call in weekly, on a specific day to help determine his level of motivation.
When an individual contacts the main office to access services a screener will be completed. Clinical staff will then work with the individual to obtain all necessary requirements before receiving an entry date.
